The friendly staff and the food was fantastic.
How far back from the water it was located. Children's playground right outside bedroom. On a busy corner with traffic.

The properties well situated for what I need work wise. It’s an easy walk to the beach and right next door to a small shopping centre which is handy. There is also a bus station right next door.
The rooms are basic, very tired and overpriced for what you get but they are adjacent to the hotel where the meals are good pub fair at standard prices. Some seating outdoor the accommodation rooms would be handy. It seems a little odd that what appears to be a childcare centre shares the property also.

Great location as it was close to our event at the Bellerive Yacht Club, staff were lovely. Couch was comfy
The mattress was really old, I kept rolling off the edge, ended up trying to sleep on the hump in the middle which meant I didn't get much sleep. There was a warning about the hot water in the bathroom taking a long time, they weren't kidding, over 5 minutes of waiting in the cold bathroom for it to come through. Maybe a heater in the bathroom and something other than a shower curtain that blows in and touches you while showering. Couch had food on it. Also woke up to find the front door open so lucky I had put the chain on. I had definitely closed it when I entered the room.
