We suppose to have 4 nights here but due to the amazing experience we extend our stay to 6 nights… The hotel is well decorated with the cultural design, the art gallery gives you a welcoming atmosphere, the room is very spacious and extremely clean, the beds are comfortable, it’s the typical Waldorf hotel standard; all the staff are very friendly and provided exceptional hospitality, especially Clair who is very helpful introducing us the landmarks, the food and histories of the city, asking what we need everyday with quick responses; the staff Caiyun and Mr Yang from the buffet breakfast also very patient, always smiling, keep checking if we have anything we need for food orders, attention to details, thank you for the great service and brings me and my family Beijing trip a good memory for my mum’s 80’s birthday, we will come back here if coming to Beijing 😊

We had a very positive stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing. There was initially some miscommunication regarding our room arrangement, but the staff responded immediately, resolved the issue efficiently, and offered thoughtful gestures that we greatly appreciated.
The support from the Concierge team was excellent throughout our stay, and we also had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel’s Cantonese restaurant.
While not everything may be perfect at all times, what impressed us most was the staff’s genuine commitment to responding quickly and doing their best to resolve any issue. Their professionalism and attentive service made a real difference to our overall experience.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Waldorf Astoria Beijing.

Everything. This hotel is one of the best where we’ve ever been to. I must admit that the bed is as soft as cloud, this is the best bed in the world, literally. Breakfasts are delicious, the service is excellent.

Great location, a rather comfortable room, and a nice breakfast.
The room was a bit old, with an outdated TV; the Wi-Fi was rather slow. We also had a relatively unpleasant experience with the service in the restaurant, but the staff later offered remediation.
