The kids welcome pack was a wonderful touch and greatly appreciated. Very good breakfast including traditional Chinese options and dim sum choices. Gorgeous spa including steam rooms and sauna to relax after exploring the city.

Comfortable rooms. Lovely modern design. Common areas lacked any vibe.
Check in was cold and not welcoming at all. Staff not super friendly. Concierge were helpful tho booked a terribly overpriced tour of forbidden city and hutong with a very average guide. Overpriced so would suggest just go with Viator or similar
