Located in a central point in Beijing, shopping malls are within walking distance, the stafff extremely helpful with advice on days trips, costs, car hire, everything you need for a first time visitor and accommodating for all languages

I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the amenities were great. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed in the Steiff Family Suite and our kids were never happier. The teddy bears and decorations made the hotel their all time favorite among many. The hotel is beautiful with a very nice vibe. Excellent location. Staff is always willing to help. Breakfast is not the best but good enough. They can improve the motorized curtains which always took a few tries to work.
