The location is really great, the authentic look & feel is awesome and unique (very quiet despite the location, feeling like a true courtyard rather than a hotel). However, what really made the difference for us is the friendliness & can-do mentality of the staff. They really ensured the 5* experience in terms of welcoming us, catering to our needs and going above and beyond.
We were aware that booking this hotel was about the experience and not about the finest modern technology. Therefore we have absolutely nothing we did not like.
