The room was great. Very comfortable bed, quality and clean linen, and the towels were clean and thick, which is great. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast as well.
Please ask as many questions as possible to assist the customer. The perception that guests who come to the hotel are affiliated with a company or organization did not sit well with me. I mean, can I not just make a booking for myself and come and stay at the hotel? It's unfortunate for a guest to be told you don't have a reservation without the reception staff asking additional questions to find out how the booking was made.

The channels for sport was not in English. Even after asking the reception to check , no effort was made and I had to watch the World Cup on mute . That was very dissatisfying
