Simply everything ( especially breakfast, in room dining service, swimming pool and the hotel's private beach ). Special thanks go to Mr.Awad and Mr.Shazly in the 5 th .floor .
Some restaurants were overpriced : very small portions with very high prices ( eg :Al Iskandarani restaurant , and staff there didn't bother to ask us if the meal was satisfying despite the very limited number of guests .That's why we preferred in room dining ( good portions with reasonable prices )

Everything is good
The pool is always cold but that is not gonna stop me from swimming and love the place

I had long time waiting for check in
I received my room with dirty toilet which was covered with the tape as if it is cleaned
I had very little amount of water for people with me
Then during check out their attitude was very bad
The beach is not a hotel beach it is not clean I felt I am in a common beach
