Great location for the Colosseum and generous complimentary breakfast offered. Close walking distance to Cavour and Termini train stations along with buses.
Stairs to 2nd floor. We signed up dor this, but sharing a fair warning for travellers who aren't prepared!

Location was convenient. Located in Monti and close to Colosseum, 10 minute walk to Termini Station and grocery store just a few minutes away. Continental breakfast was great, with fresh pastries served every morning. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bunkbeds were great for our two teens. Communication with owners was great as well, with quick response time. Would definitely recommend as a comfortable and affordable place to stay when travelling with family.
Nothing really other than while the AC did work, it was still quite warm with four people in one room.

Friendly staff and nice self help breakfast.
Place was at best a 2 star motel and dated. Feel more like a student hostel.
