Lovely hostel with everything you need. Facilities were great, staff were so informative and love how Helena can bring a group together for a good time.
I did visit during a heat wave but would be best to add ceiling fans or AC. The rooms were unbearably hot

The location of this hostel is excellent. You are right in the city center and no more than a 15 min walk from most major attractions. You are also very close to public transport and have several supermarkets, restaurants, malls, and ATMs nearby. The rooms also had curtains for the bottom beds only.
The rooms could do with some soundproofing and updated security technology. It seems like all the rooms are in one floor and with the livingroom being a couple feet away, it can get very loud at night. Although, they do have a curfew that helps with that a bit. I also didnt like the time limit and water pressure for the showers which made it take forever to get a decent shower. Wish they would have curtains for every single bed in the dorms and bigger lockers.
