Pretty good experience. What you got with the capsule in september 26 was a wooden bunk which is completely enclosed and has a locked door, no windows, adjustable lights, two small shelves, a bench with storage space underneath it. Pillow big and soft, mattress thick enough. You have a small fan on the wall and a medium powered ac-unit inside (controlled by a switch next to two power sockets). Noise is mostly blocked but loudest noises will get through, I did hear the person in the capsule under me snore and accidentally kick their wall. Not suitable for claustrofobics, reminded me of being on a sleeper train and boat bunk bed. You need to be able to climb a little to get to higher bunks or get into crawling position to get into lower bunks. Excellent low price, in city center close to the subway with many restaurants and stores, clean facilities, shared bathroom was clean and functional, elevator worked well. Shared kitchen has fridge and the equipment for cooking a meal from raw ingredients. Wifi was good on floor 1.
Capsule did get quite warm at times when the door was closed, even with fan and ac at max power. Locking the door always makes noise no matter how delicately one tries to close it so others would not be disturbed.

The room, along with all the amenities, was quite clean. I enjoyed the multiple shower and bathroom situation.
I wish the smaller shower area had a shelf away from the water to prevent splashing onto items that should not get wet and couldn't be hung on the hooks.

Property is well located and staff is quite helpful. Breakfast spread is nice and value for money
I stayed in a pod and it was very warm and stuffy inside due to lack of air circulation/AC. I did bring this up to the notice of the property
Though pos conceptually is good, it is kind of claustrophobic due to lack of air
