Where do I even begin. The location was terrific; close access to train station. The staff were very friendly, professional and provided great service. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious!

Great location, 24h front desk, the bed was comfy and the rooms were clean.
The main issue for me was the pillow, it was as thin as a sheet of paper and as hard as a brick. I believe they are feather that was washed or something. After folding it in two I had the pleasure to sleep on the top of what it felt like to be two bricks instead of one. I asked for a different pillow, but all their pillows are the same, so they gave me a second one instead, which only solved the height problem. It was really difficult to sleep because of that. You can also hear everything in the hallway, so if the other guests are not respectful, you hear noise (I had earplugs since I'm a light sleeper). Unfortunately, due to the pillow, I was just not able to sleep well, which was the point.
The breakfast was alright but rather underwhelming.
