Everything was super. The location, staff, the facility.
Could have kept the normal milk for coffee in the morning for non vegan people. But the rest was superb

Excellent customer service very helpful the front desk agents. Very clean , location excellent Praga 1 . From the hotel we can walked to the landmarks . Safe area. The hotel staff helped us to get a taxi to the airport an excellent person who took us to the airport

I loved that I could live cruelty-free (vegan) while I was away from home since all the toiletries, bedding, etc. were vegan and there was also a vegan restaurant (Palo Verde) downstairs that served upscale meals including breakfast, which was included in my daily hotel rate. I also appreciated how friendly the hotel and restaurant staff were and that I could bring my plates of food upstairs to my room because there was a good relationship between the hotel and restaurant.
Wish I could have stayed there on my last night. It was fully booked. This is not their fault since I initially booked very late.

Rude staff. They don’t tell you in advance you need to leave a “clean my room” card on the door if you want to get room cleaned.
