Hotel staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly, many amazing people and very helpful for any questions I may have had.
Extra shout out to Kristinochka who was helping with breakfast and was fantasic!
Very small minor concerns with the room, some lights were not working and had some issues getting into the hotel later at night using PIN from the second entrance. Had to go to the main entrance to get in, but very short walk there and back.

It is close to the centre, clean and the cleaning staff very friendly.
They don’t have 24/7 reception, not even speaking about morning reception, it was working from 13:00 pm till 19:00pm, causing inconvenience if you check out and would like to leave your luggage/laptop, then there is no one to make sure those are safe. They are simply put after the reception counter without anyone taking care of.
