Courtyard was so needed. The staff was so nice and went out of their way to help us to buy train tickets and also to help us get our lost luggage back to us. Rooms were very clean, beds amazing, fantastic location to train/metro and all shops needed. 10-15min walk to old town/bridge.
Smoking is allowed in the courtyard but it seems that is a common thing in Prague everywhere. It is a bit uncomfortable for Americans as we don’t have that in our public areas, even outside.

walkable distance from Old Town Prague,
easy check-in and check-out,
good size room for our party,
plenty of storage space in the room,
working air conditioning in the room,
quiet and green garden view,
quiet at night,
very good restaurant next door,
tea and coffee facilities in the room
cold welcome from the receptionist at check-in (not even a smile),
vast breakfast options shown but not fully restocked - we've arrived over an hour before the service finish time and we could see other guests having food on their plates that we couldn't choose any more, like variety of fruits, pastries or flavoured yoghurts,
multiple dirty cups in the clean section
