The room had been recently refurbished. It was really calm and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.
We stayed on the first floor and the view from the window wasn't very nice.

Location is very good. Out of the busy tourist centre in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood
The lobby is a disaster. The reception area is cluttered, dirty and unprofessional. The check-in process is slow and cumbersome because of outdated technology. The adjoining bar looks dated and unattractive. The breakfast options are dull.
