Decent sized place and overall pretty comfortable. Well stocked kitchen in terms of appliances etc. Nice to have a dryer for when it's raining. I'd come back if I was up this way again but this is ranked lowest of the 15 places I've stayed in Iceland over the past few years.

While this place is clean, it needs some TLC. The bottom bunk seems to have a crack in the foundation. There's one TV that is falling apart and doesn't have any sound, and there's another that had no cables/cords. The bathroom soap dispenser is also broken and instead of fixing it there's a sign that tells you how to manually fix it every time you want to use it. The chairs are all peeling. I'd also recommend better signage. It's hard to find where to check in. It's also a camp site right out front of the cottage and we had people knocking at our door at 11:30 PM thinking we were the owners. Unsettling when you have young kids.
