Location, it was situated out in the country set back off the dirt road and up on a hill. Great view on the extended wood patio which had a large covered area when it rains so you can still sit outside. each chair offering a blanket to cover yourself. Yes, it gets cold in Iceland. I sat and watch the horses & sheep as I drank my coffee. So quiet & peaceful. The kitchen was well set up for cooking, if you wanted to and the place also offers cooked meals as well. The owner Gudrun was so nice and helpful & engaging. Thank you!

The hosts are wonderful people: very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was a nice touch and one could prepare their own meals and save some money. A very quiet environment off the beaten path.
The shared bathrooms had to be navigated with multiple couples spending the night. Pretty far from stores or restaurants. The bedroom was small, although the beds were comfortable.
