Cleanliness, no smell, quiet, microwave, bowls, cutlery, clean shower, bucket and squiggly for cleaning my windscreen, single storey rooms, clean sheets.
Mattress was a bit firm. I prefer a mattress with a softer overlay, like memory foam.
I don’t sleep with the heater on and needed to get my travel blanket out of my car.

Very clean, handy location, on-site parking, good facilities
The mattress could do with an update - it had us both rolling into the middle of the bed….. otherwise it full have been a 5 star rating

It was nice and quiet
There was no hot water in the morning so I had to have a cold shower. :{
