the most what I liked in this Hotel is Staff ! very king and helpful .
pls change pillow and trash bin in 503 room. And pls fix the door of shower , otherwise some guest will flood the room .)

The location is accepted. Can be considered as near to Beyazit but with very steep ramp. The staff are good and trying to facilitate the client needs.
The rooms are tiny. I've reserved 3 rooms at the same time to accomodate my family. Only one air condition is working and the other two are wrecked. The beds are broken and not comfiortable. One room has a broken door of balakony.
