We loved everything about our stay , the resort was so beautiful and huge. We booked two bedroom family room with pool which was so clean and well maintained. The food was amazing with so many halal options

Amazing!!! Views were incredible and facilities were amazing.

Lot of walking but then again it’s not unreasonable.

Staff were nice. Usually, Thai people are friendly.

Breakfast was total chaos. All the chairs were dirty, and I did not feel comfortable sitting there. Staff seemed overloaded with too much work, and the manager wasn't paying attention or helping. Some of the glasses served were unclean. Disgusting. Even though they apologized, it was still terrible. I had a stomach virus while I was staying. They should not be called Hyatt Regency- at all.. it was worst Hyatt ever. Sorry.
