Room located 3min from Rome Termini central station, 4 min walk to Santa Maria Maggiore church, a 20min walk to Colloseum - indeed you can walk everywhere in Rome within up to 60 minutes! Roberto was available for any questions and takes great care of the rooms, cleaning every day and answering your questions any time if needed. Will definitely come back once in Rome.

The property is clean and attractive, and very convenient to all attractions we wanted to see. The building is a short walk from Termini station with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Roberto is an excellent host who was always available to answer our questions. We always felt safe and secure in this property. The check in and check out process was very easy and straightforward. Roberto arranged transport to the airport for us, making our departure very relaxed and stress free.
I would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Rome!

Roberto was great with us! He made us feel very comfortable. Upon our first meeting, he explained how to get around Rome and gave us a map of the city’s main tourist spots. He provided restaurant recommendations and was always ready to help us throughout our entire stay. The location is excellent—close to the Colosseum, bus stops, and the train station. I highly recommend it!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and Roberto is a delight.
Nothing that couldn't be helped (Rome is very hot in the summer!), but the air conditioning was very effective.
