Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel bereits in der Kommunikation kurz nach meiner Buchung. Fahrradkeller für unsere Fahrräder und was wirklich sehr stark war, dass wir abends ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück auf das Zimmer nehmen durften, da wir sehr zeitig weitergefahren sind.
Das dazugehörige Restaurant war abends eine sehr gute Alternative mit einer großen Auswahl an Essen zu fairen Preisen. Die Zimmer waren groß, bequem und sehr sauber.

Stanza enorme con bagno super. Balcone rivolto verso la montagna. Buona la colazione. La vicinanza con lago di Resia raggiungibile con bici o ebike lungo una bellissima ciclabile
La cena potrebbe essere migliorabile e se parlassero un po' italiano non sarebbe male

Wir bekamen einen Unterstellplatz für unsere Motorräder. Das Zimmer war schön groß mit einem Balkon. Wir hatten Halbpension und waren mit dem Abendessen sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rooms are modern decorated, bathroom was spacious and has a good shower (if warm water is available). Everything was clean and looked new.
We had a halfboard reservation, the breakfast was fine and gave plenty of choice; fresh fruits, fresh buns, yoghurt, eggs, juice, etc. However it was only possible to order black coffee or plain tea. No cappucchino eg. Only the female personel was friendly. Location is good, close to many hike & bike areas.
The dinner with halfboard was quite an emberrassment: we had to eat in a separate room in the basement (instead of the actual restaurant on ground level), had choice between 2 or 3 main courses. Other courses were standard, no choice possible. You had to be early to dinner in order to have a fresh meal, otherwise it would be dry and kept-warm for too long. The room was a bit noisy, neighbor's TV kept us awake at night and the upstairs neighbor woke us up in the morning.
