Great hotel, great staff! Attention to every detail! Raj and his team made my stay in Kathmandu unforgettable! The hotel is exceptionally clean and welcoming. They helped me organize a tour of Kathmandu during my stay and also assisted with currency exchange. The food in the restaurant is delicious and fresh, and the masala chai is as authentic as in India! The hotel's location is also excellent—in the city center with clean, well-maintained streets, yet situated on a quiet and peaceful street.
I can't write about anything I didn't like, because there wasn't anything 😀
A rare find—a hotel that is flawless in every respect. If I go to Kathmandu, I’ll stay there again! I would recommend it to everyone I know!

Everything. They are amazing people. Amazing food, polite and nice. I love that place i felt like home. There are 2 front staff they are super supportive. And the location is prime.

Staff, always happy and ready to help.
I did not eat at the hotel, so cannot comment.
The room was very good in the "old wing of the hotel".
Then, was allowed to stay in their new wing of the hotel, EXCELLENT!
Location, was great. 12 minutes walk to Kathmandu Durbar square.
Hotel on a side street in Thamel and quiet, but turn off the side street and onto the main street, for eveything!
To be honest, in the old wing of the hotel, some fittings in the bathroom loose but working properly.
