My partner and I stayed one night at Kasthamandap Boutique Hotel, and we had a wonderful experience from the very beginning.
The welcome was absolutely amazing. During check-in, the staff greeted us with welcome drinks and warm smiling faces, which made us feel very comfortable and valued.
We originally booked a standard room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room with a beautiful city view. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff service was excellent throughout our stay, and the WiFi was fast and reliable.
One of the best parts of the hotel is the rooftop bar, Cheers and Beers Rooftop Bar. It has a very cozy atmosphere with stunning city views, especially in the evening. The ambiance was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful night view of the city.
We also used the laundry service during check-in, and the service was very quick. Our clothes came back perfectly clean and smelling fresh, which we really appreciated.
Overall, everything about our stay was excellent — the hospitality, rooms, food, service, and rooftop experience. For our budget, this hotel was the perfect choice.
Highly recommend Kasthamandap Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu.

“Had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The facilities were excellent — everything was modern, well-organized, and made the stay very relaxing. The atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and peaceful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great hospitality, and top-quality service. Looking forward to staying here again!

The location and the service provided by the reception team and kitchen staff was excellent. Dhawa especially went above and beyond to look after me and provide excellent service. We recommend and visit again.

Location
No hot water for us to take a shower and when I explained to the manager he stood there and argued with me, not the smartest thing to do in the hospitality industry
