Staff are very nice, kind, and friendly. The manager is very helpful for us to arrange activities including a day trip around Kathmandu. Restaurant/bar is so good that we came back to the hotel for lunch/dinner instead of eating somewhere else.

The courtyard is lovely and peaceful, a great break from the busy Thamel streets. Staff were always lovely.
The rooms leave a little to be desired at this price. Some are quite cramped while others are more spacious. Things are a little cheap or broken and some odd choices for example only over head lights, no lamps.
