Eine Katastrophe und Enttäuschung von A-Z

Frühstück-Buffet Auswahl Kostenlose Unternievau Garage

Dieses Hotel braucht eine Generalüberholung in Bezug auf Infrastruktur und Management Dieses Hotel schadet definitiv dem Ruf und dem Image der Hilton-Gruppe. Die meisten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren unfreundlich, arrogant und z.T. inkompetent. Im 10 Stock: Warmes Wasser in der Dusche und im Lavabo, nachdem das Wasser 5 Minuten lang gelaufen ist... Straßenlärm zur Autobahn: Durch beschädigte Fenstergummidichtungen = 24/7 Straßenlärm, als würde man direkt an den Niagarafällen wohnen nur weniger idyllisch...

Preisleistung einfach TOP. Immer wieder gerne.

Super nettes Personal und Service. Immer freundlich, zuvorkommend einfach TOP. Das Frühsück ist sehr Gut und sehr reichhaltig. Von warmen Anteil über Suppen und Fisch, über Salate, Olivenöe, Dressings, Müsslies, Wurst und Käse, bis hin zu Hohnigwarben und allerlei Gebäck. Frisch gepreßte Säfte, Filterkaffee, diverse Teesorten etc. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einfach Super.

Nichts, hat uns nicht gefallen.

تجربة مقبولة، لكن لن أكررها.

1- الأكل لذيذ 2- جنب الفندق: يوجد مول آوتليت. 3- نصف ساعة من المطار. 4- السعر معقول.

1- الواي فاي انقطع لساعات طويلة تجاوزت الخمس ساعات، ولم يخبرونا بوجود شبكة واي فاي أخرى إلا بعد النزول إلى الاستقبال والشكوى من ذلك، ولم يعتذروا لهذا الخلل، ولم يهتموا. 2- الفندق مُطل على الشارع الرئيسي، وهذا مزعج خصوصاً في الصباح بسبب أصواب السيارات، وخصوصاً سيارات الشرطة.

Verilen paraya çok daha kaliteli bir otelde kalınabilir.

Lokasyon çok iyi.

Bina eski, asansörler dökülüyor, mobilyalar eski, hilton kalitesine yakışmayan bir tesis. Çalışanlar, özellikle resepsiyon, hiç yardımcı değiller. Otopark kabus gibi, yer yok, koca hiltonun misafirlerine otoparkta yer yok, inanılır gibi değil.

Ein nettes Hotel mit gute Anbindung zwischen europäischer und asiatischer Seite, tolles Essen und sehr freundliches Pers

Manche Ecken und Schwimmbad sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sehr leckeres Essen und hervorragendes Frühstück. Hotel Zimmer gemütlich ausgestattet. Toller Ausblick. Gute Verbindung mit Metro in die Stadt in Hotel Nähe. Wir würden dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Вид из окна отличный Широкая комфортная кровать с широким одеялом

Персонал обслуживания - хуже некуда, проходят мимо, не сотрут крошки со стола, тарелку грязную не захватят, чай не нальют Ржавые ручки в душевой кабине Холодильник почти не охлаждает

Very good

The location is good within Asian part of Istanbul. Staff very nice and helpful and the room was comfy and nice equipped. The breakfast was excellent!

It was quite pricy.

I will think twice before I go back to this hotel

Location was okay but quietness was what we liked

Room size, temperature, moving us to another tower a few days after, room service was real slow. About an hour for a couple of coffees.

Mattress, paradise for a tired back

Staff doesn't really care about clients satisfaction They checked somebody else into my room as I arrived late Windows in my room (exec floor) were very dirty Shower floor not flat and always wet Safety issue - found my room open at the end of my last day when I was out for the whole day

Nothing in particular

Guest reception was practically none. Rooms not cleaned properly. Shower door holder located at wrong side. Restaurant menu not suitable for those with spicy pallet Power outages in wee hours

Very disappointing experience with Hilton - so many went wrong. Do not recommend.

Nothing much. Travelers - you Must avoid this hotel.

We have been travelling many countries at the moment. We chose this hotel because it has Hilton brand. Very disappointing customer service. The room was allocated with a lock problem. Our family slept one night without the door locked. I had to call to get the attention to be fixed. The room was very tiny even if we paid good money. The breakfast buffet was over priced and mediocre. The dinner there was horrible. The air conditioning does not work well. The reception lady was quite rude and not professional. The noise was from the next room so no noise control. This is not 5 star hotel but should be less than 2 star. Highly not recommended. Don't be fooled by their photos.

first of all, I asked for an adopter for my phone charger and o had to pay for it and in cash! what kind of service is that??? The room was not clean as must be for a 5 star hotel! I have been asked to pay for the breakfast!
