The hosts at reception Neslihan, Yagiz and Erdem was such a great host for my entire stay. The rooms was immaculate and the food, out of this world. I wil definitely stay there again.

The place is new and rooms are nice and good looking. I liked the reception and the support they provided. Bed was comfortable and the view was nice.
The location is not the best. Also, breakfast was very repetitive i stayed for a conference a few days and after the second time I was already bored. I also think the prices are toooooo exorbitant. I paid 18 EUR for a bottle of sparking water, that is crazy!

Breakfast was nice. Some of staffs was nice, Man at the loby and man at the spa.
At the entrance, they tried to block more money then hotel fee,, and said that that is the hotel policy. They said that it is hotel policy for, in case we want to use hotels somethings like minibar. We did not feel safe, it made us feel they were going to charge unnecessary fees, it was the only hotel we face such kind of issue. Maybe, they are making you forgot money after blockey more money then they should get. So, don't forgot your money. We did not pay more, but we had to communicate for that unnecessarily. we went for a holiday, for feeling relief, but the hotel made us feel uncomfortable. We went to spa to see environment, one of the staff tried to give us advice about our posture ? She said that , oo don'tbe so timid ?? 😂 So, if you go to this hotel, just act arrogant and maybe be rude. We were nice and lived interesting experiences. We just wanted to give chance and wonder to compare with other hotel chains. It does not worh for the money, we regretted to try. Plus, bed was not comfortable, this hotel does not deserve 5 stars, it can be only 4 for the sake of building and restaurants.
