Our stay in Istanbul was exceptional from start to finish. The team's warmth and professionalism stood out immediately—Suheda at reception was extremely kind and welcoming.
The room was immaculate, comfortable, and offered a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. Beyond the high standards, what truly set this hotel apart was their genuine care. When my wife fell ill on our checkout day, they kindly extended our stay by a few hours free of charge so she could rest.
It would help to have a jacuzzi in the pool area

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great and made it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good selection and everything was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would happily stay here again.
Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like. I had a really enjoyable stay and was happy with the hotel overall.
