Jeg valgte at betale lidt ekstra og rykkede over til Dedeman Bostanci istedet…

Jeg har benyttet Dedeman før og gik ud fra at det nok var samme standart, så hotellet og personalet er virkelig profesionelle.

De billeder der ilustrerer Park Dedeman på hjemmesiden Booking.com er ikke hvad hotellet reelt byder på. Dvs. der er ikke samme faciliteter som på Dedeman Bostanci, som ligger lige ved siden af.

Satisfactory overall as for this price.

Comfortable bad, good linen, good sound isolation. Helpful personnel at the reception. Not so far from Bostanchi Metro Station.

Breakfast is poor. Juice machine all the time not working. Limited variety of food. Some dishes not really tasty. Room cleaning not always tidy. Area around full of dirty car services. Nowhere to walk.

Worth for the value

Staff was so kind. Especially Pinar Hanim and Suleyman Bey were really trying to make the best for you. Thanks to them.

In the shower, there were no place the keep the shampoo.

I’m travelling a lot for business,this is second visit in this hotel I can tell cleaning of the room was the worst I even seen .they don’t know to clean or they don’t want I don’t have any idea and I gave a tip for roomservice I’m very disappointed.I also paied for the breakfast to the booking they claim other way nevermind,after all I order for a little a turkish coffe they want money for this it’s ok but totally I’m very disappointed and certainly last time for me there and also the air condition didn’t work

On booking it is said that dogs are allowed on request. I made a reservation several days before. I posted a request about a dog, got only a standard welcome reply. On arrival I was told that they only allow dogs less than 15kg and refused to check-in. Description and rules on booking had no such information and the hotel was too lazy to answer my request in days.

Business hotel away from city life

The bed was really nice - spacious, comfortable. Business room was ok to work.

Location is close to the metro, but that's the only good thing :) the place is surrounded with auto repair shops, and is next to the highway, away from the city center. Internet connection in the room was very slow. Sometimes something smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast is kind of overpriced. People hardly speak English.

Food was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean with large windows and great facilities

Communicating in basic English was quiet challenging and the location was very far out from any shops, or high st or restaurants for food.

really cool hotel

super comfy rooms, nice staff and love the location if you travel by car. they also have a starbucks inside which is so great! Basak from starbucks team always remembers what i wanna drink. She is the best!

in winter times its not possible to cool down your room. The air conditioners are centrally controlled and they only heat.

My favorite hotel in Istanbul

always a pleasure to see Dogukan at the reception! he’s so gentle and represents the hotel fantastic. The hotel is very comfortable with it’s big and cozy rooms. There are rain showers in the bathrooms which is also nice. we enjoyed the breakfast.

it was not possible to use the air conditioner. The room was too warm for me. we opened the window but it was still was hot in there. I know that you can use the air conditioner in summer.

Disappointed, did not live upto Dedeman’s name

Staff were kind and attentive. The facilities in general are comfortable and convenient.

When I arrived at the facilities I was requested to pay the whole 5 nights’ stay in advance. I complied with it with a confidence to the name of the hotel. In my first use of the shower I stepped in with my bare foot, only to step on a used cotton bud with yellow/orange ear wax on both ends. The reception offered to change the room, I refused because I hardly moved in, and requested the cleaning of the bathroom properly. Had I not paid in advance, I would have changed the hotel. During the 4 days left, I went to the reception every other day to see if they have brought this up with the managers, and what kind of compensations they have for such occasions. They were always polite, and told me it was passed on to managers but I never heard an apology by no means, leave aside a compensation. I felt like paying for a five course meal in advance, then spot a fly in the soup, and the waiter says that passed it on to kitchen, scoops the fly out, and expects me to continue enjoying the consequent dishes. Oh of course keeping the full charge. I did not expect an American style purchase compensation, but they could have made us feel they genuinely care by a small gesture or a heartfelt email.

Location, Room with sea view (Prince Islands), Price/Performance.

Our bed sheets and blanket were not matching. (sheets are double while the blanket is single) we needed to call the reception to get a new one at 2AM and we needed to get it done as well since we were delivered new sheets and new blanket seperately.

so nice and helpful staff everywhere in the hotel! special thanks to Canan and Damla from the breakfast team, Yurdagul from Starbucks team and Dogukan from the reception. Its really worth to stay there. wonderful big rooms with comfortable beds and rain showers. really enjoyed our stay.
