The location is very central - you can reach many coffee places, restaurants and shops by 5‘ walking.
Nearby you can find as well the bus and ferry station.
The taxis pass in Ortaköy area all the time.
The staff is very nice - As our Mom had a small injury, Muzzaffer helped us with changing the room to a lower floor which made her stay more comfortable and enjoyable :). He as well recommended us places where to go, what to do and how to get there :D
We would definitely come back again when travelling to Istanbul :) Thank you!

Perfect location for us. Room was perfect for a short stay. Clean and quiet. The reception staff were so attentive and supportive.

the location that it’s close to many things but it’s a very busy street some strong oder nearby but decent. Lots of restaurants in the area and markets. And the manager tried his best to accommodate us and make us happy so he’s good.
No breakfast. They overcharged us in person but on booking it’s a different price so there’s $30 missing. Lots of things missing in room it’s not worth the price for what they charge and not provide. I was very uncomfortable the first night and the room was dirty and a very strong Oder in the room like a dead mouse or something or leftover food that grew mold. It’s not a thick hotel blanket it’s basically a towel blanket. No kitchen amenities unless ask. So many items missing so the price they charge is not worth it. The can make it more cleaner and provide more amenities for what they charge. We had to move rooms twice during our week stay there. The only good thing is the location. Although they say they take American Express they actually don’t.
