The staff at Hotel Mara are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and communicate very well in English. They consistently go out of their way to accommodate guests’ needs and make every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities in the room are excellent, and having a water dispenser available at reception is a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. A special mention goes to Omit and Mina, who were particularly attentive and kind. I was especially touched by how warm, caring, and affectionate they were with our little 2.9 kg furry baby. It truly made our experience even more memorable.
There was a slight smell in the room when we first arrived however, this was addressed immediately, and we were promptly offered a change of room, which we really appreciated, The new room on the top floor was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, however the bedroom itself was slightly smaller. The situation was handled efficiently thanks to Omit. The rooms on the lower floors did not have this issue, and overall it seems like something that can be easily resolved with the use of air purifiers.

best location close to taksin and easy go to every where , near the good restaurant and good staff and always very help full and friendly , recommend to stay and price affordable

The location is the best one. Staff also are good specially Ekin. He was very supportive. Room service is done on daily basis.
We didn’t get our reserved room due to technical issues in air conditioning and we stayed one night in smaller room. But the remaining nights we stayed at another room similar to what we reserved.
