It was beautifully presented. We had a big room plenty of space. The pool area was big with sturdy and quality sun beds - huge towels. Staff were amazing. Especially Ankur, Laxmi in the dining area Jowel and Raz at the pool and Ashiq at the pool restaurant.
Nothing really- it could do with a swim up pool bar but that’s just a personal preference

The outside areas could do with more cleaning. Also the water sports company was only available for limited hours .

The location is great and breakfast was nice.
A little dated already, specially comparing with the surrounding hotels. I also requested to take an upper floor since I was with the family and we wanted a better view but the staff never came back us, so the request was kind of forgotten. We had lunch one time by the pool and most of the things we chose from the à la cart menu were not available.
