Check in was effortless and we were given a complimentary upgrade. It was our birthday and the hotel gave us an awesome treat. Room was spacious, really comfortable and breakfast was really lovely

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Taj Exotic Hotel. From the time we have arrived at reception we were greeted by Ms Alza and Lukna with impeccable service from the lovely ladies. Followed by all the patrons including Mr Zia and his colleagues on concierge assisting with our bags as well as the patrons serving at all the restaurants at the resort. Everyone of the staff was very kind and helpful and has made our stay at the resort pleasant. Not forgetting the delicious food we were served at our stay. We will be definitely returning to the Taj.
We could not fault anything as everything lived beyond our expectations.
