We booked 3 suits at the club floor. The staff was doing a good job but the quality of food and beverage is so so, ok only.

Everything was great, the high floor room, variety for breakfast, location, facilities, pool, sauna! Highly recommended
One small suggestion, would be more welcoming if the reception staff be warmer and make you feel comfortable, rather than being with the activated arrogant mode! Rather than that, everything was fantastic

Overall, the hotel is decent. The room is spacious, and the location is fantastic for enjoying the beach and nearby restaurants. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. When I checked in, the receptionist assigned me a room without mentioning the view outside the window, which was cluttered with equipment and looked quite messy. I asked to change to a different room.
Additionally, it was my birthday that day, but no one acknowledged it, not even at the reception desk during check-in. As someone experienced in the hotel industry, I believe that a good management system should include a “reminder” for guests’ birthdays. Don't you think that would be a nice touch?

"The hotel is a short walk to the Mixc mall, and to the May 4th Square. The hotel is also part of the daily downtown light show. The room was clean, comfortable and elegant with marble (or looked like)..."
