地理位置优越，距离栈桥、海军博物馆等景点步行前往大约在半小时之内能抵达；就在海边景色很好；南楼25层有旋转餐厅，菜品整体口味中等偏上，早餐80元/人，性价比不高（第一次来海边旅游推荐吃早餐）。酒店的停车位也非常多（青岛市南区节假日和暑期，停车位很少且停车费很贵）。房间内提供四瓶免费矿泉水。房间内空间很大。员工的服务态度很好。
酒店内设施很陈旧、床垫偏硬、枕头偏软支撑效果一般。酒店内提供饮料和部分一次性用品是收费（收费品缺少明显标识）。每间房只提供一张房卡。床头处的照明开关不能控制全屋的照明设施，部分照明灯需要单独下床关闭；房间内照明灯布局不合理（无法预留较暗灯光供夜晚起床用）。

The room was large and comfortable and made up daily. he staff were friendly and the taxi pick up was very prompt. The position was perfect very close to beach, food, and the town centre and importantly for us the Qingdao railway station.
Breakfast was good BUT maybe just a little more western choices and you had to walk some way to get your choices meaning when eating alone youhad to leave your belonings out of site.
