Big, comfortable room, which was relatively quiet for the location. Safe in the room.
It was very hard to find this hotel. It changed the name to "Patong Expat Hotel" The location on booking.com map and maps.me is marked wrong at the market hall. It's nearby, but it took me 20 minutes to find it, people didn't know it.

Everything was great. Reception was helpful. Room was clean. Location is great.

The location was further away from the beach then I expected. But it was near the Walking street.
At arrival at night (23:10 hour) it took a while when the staff checked in us. As we definitly see she was drunk.
The next day when we came back in the evening to our room it was not cleaned and no new towels.
The swimmingpool was not maintained while the poolwater was green and dirty.
Breakfast was very simple.
When we checked out in the morning 05:00 there was no reception or security. So we left the keys at the reception desk.
