unpleasant

location

the room I selected wasn’t available and had to cancel the reservation to book the room at a higher rate. The staff was incompetent, the breakfast terrible.

Convenient stay and great value

-Location was great, ease of access and local convenience all around. Very good walking distance to local shops and places for food or other supplies. -Staff were friendly, nice and accommodating. -Continental breakfast was very good. -Checking in and out was smooth -Room was quite clean and there's very minimal to no noise that can be perceived from the surrounding rooms. -Workspace was comfortable and great to use with all the necessary connections -Great option to stay if you're looking for quick in and out and being able to move around quickly or just looking to get some rest

-There was an ice bucket in the room but no visible ice machine in the hallways or nearby, or any instructions on where to find any. It kind of defeats the purpose of having it there. -The staff could've been more active in cleaning up after guestswhen finishing their breakfast. We made due, but it's not very pleasant so sit and eat with other people's dirty dishes around. -There was only 1 set of outlets for use in the room. Not very convenient unless you plan to be at the desk. Maybe around the bed would be nice.

location as it is next to a shopping center and the fact the someone knocked on my door at 09:00 to collect all towels (?)

Good variety, fruits, yogurt, eggs, rice and beans and ripe fried plantains.

The TV wasn't working since they said they were working in upgrading the cable.

They need to be more polite. Especially the people who work in the front desk and the restaurant. They need to be careful with the cleaning of the room. We change three times.

Estelí vacation

Best hotel in Estelí hands down . Very clean , staff super nice . Parking is amazing with security outside keeping a eye on your car . Plus shopping center right on the property and restaurant to eat . Also a theater to relax at . Convenient store for the beers 😁. Hands down best hotel. Also right on the Main Street that you get in and out of the city

Very good

the comfortable room (jr. suite) in comparison of the regular room does not cost a lot, very friendly staff.

the bathroom is way to little and does not have a high/good standard (shower etc.). The air-conditioning is very old and turns off once you take the entry card out leaving the room, which gets hot very fast on a sunny afternoon.

Good location, clean room and good breakfast.

The room is comfortable, it was very clean and the location is perfect. What I liked the most was the bed and matress, very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was incredible.

I booked several rooms for my group through booking.com, with a known price as I had a genius discount, and when we arrived, I felt that thr prices were a bit higher, or the oriinal one.

Relatively new' clean nice room

it's located in a light industry area far from the center of town which is not the impression I got when I booked. No water pressure' lousy shower head that made the showing a chalange
