The rooms were nice and big, the pool area was amazing.

There was some mess on the kettle, on the bathroom floors when arrived. The outside seating on the patio was rusted and felt unsteady. The lack of a smart TV was very much felt.

Customer Service was great! Comfortable bed. Well stocked crockery, cutlery and general kitchen items. A really lovely pool area was well maintained and very clean.

The lighting in the room was terrible! On one bedside table there was a broken lamp that didn't provide any light at all to read by. On the other bedside was a strange early 90's blue tooth contraption that acted as alarm, music, light. It came on unassisted at 2.00am lighting up like Luna park. Their was also LED strip lighting around the bead head area but it wasn't working either and flashed on/off (couldn't be used). The porch light was also not working.
