The property was in a quiet part of the port town and a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants, bus stop and ferry port. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the pool and loungers were amazing. The hosts were incredible and couldn’t do enough for us. Elia was like a personal travel guide for us. We loved our breakfasts in the olive grove. Such a beautiful tranquil place to stay.

this is where you want to stay.
Perfectly located whether you need to go south or north (depending on the wind).
Family‑owned businesses are the best, and this one is no exception.
The greatest hosts, with amazing service — you’ll only wish you could stay longer.
Just for the breakfast it’s worth it.

We enjoyed our stay at Fantasy Rooms more than we could have ever imagined. The hospitality was truly the best we have ever experienced. Ilia and his family gave us such a warm welcome and provided us with so many amazing recommendations throughout our stay.
The hotel was in the perfect location for exploring Milos. Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained, and the pool was amazing and open at all times for guests to enjoy. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious, and served with a smile every morning.
Ilia even woke up extra early one morning so we could have coffee and a croissant before heading out for an early beach trip to Sarakiniko. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really captured the incredible hospitality we experienced during our entire stay.
Staying here was our favorite part of our trip. We are so grateful to have experienced such a beautiful family, a beautiful hotel, and a beautiful island. We truly could not recommend Fantasy Rooms enough!
