Perfect location, everyone was super friendly and accommodating! The room was very comfortable and clean and there was a beautiful sea view from the balcony! Everything was smooth and easy!

The location was great, 6 minutes walk from the port. Great food nearby. Close to the bus stop and the staff were friendly
I think it's just the American standard but the bed was too hard and pillows were too soft. But the room itself was very clean.

Olive Apartments has an unbeatable location in the heart of the port area, putting you within walking distance of everything you need. The staff was generally kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious with a big balcony, and the AC was powerful and effective. The unit was well-equipped for basic stay needs, making it comfortable for everyday essentials.
The bathroom was the weak point of this stay. There were exposed openings in the shower tile that gave the impression of incomplete or partial construction work, and the shower handle/hose was leaking badly. The bathroom floor design was also problematic, with a 2-3 inch ledge or step up into the bathroom that I tripped on multiple times throughout the stay. The bed, while okay, wasn't particularly comfortable or restful.
There was also a frustrating incident when we got locked out after leaving our key in the room. Rather than handling it graciously, the front desk staff member became grumpy and threatened to charge us a fee to let us back in.
Olive Apartments has more positives than negatives, with a fantastic location and spacious accommodations that met our core needs. However, the bathroom's construction issues and safety concerns (that tripping hazard is no joke), combined with an unpleasant front desk interaction, ultimately mean I wouldn't personally choose to stay here again.
