Very good in all respect, well behaved of staff, cooperative, helpful, ask any help to guide, it is very positive.
Break fast which is chargeable needs to be reviewed in terms of quality and quantity.

Location is amazing, stayed in family suite and it was really comfortable. View from balcony was stunning. This is a great hostel, I have stayed twice in both shared and a private room - both were great. Service is excellent.

The location was excellent. I was able to walk most places. The room and facilities were clean and the staff was outstanding.
I wish the bed had a draw curtin - especially in a mixed room dormitory. Also, the kitchen area was freezing cold and the microwave was not working. Having a kitchen where one can prepare a hot meal is pretty much an essential - and without a microwave or stove - this is pretty much impossible. I think a non-operating microwave is almost inexcusable since they are an easily purchased item in a city this size.
