Clean washrooms throughout the property (paper towels a nice touch). Nice common sitting area and kitchen. Clean room with comfortable beds. View of castle from our window.

Very helpful staff, great location. Good showers and a well stocked kitchen.

Cleaning
I think one of the employees (I will not mention his/her name) needs to improve himself/herself in customer service and guest relations.
In such a big hostel, all dishes are washed by hand and there needs to be a dishwasher, after all it is a hostel with high circulation.
The hair dryer is delivered by hand(?)
Actually, booking.com says there is a hanger but there is no such thing, I asked for it to be delivered by hand, but that is not available either.
There is no laundry in the hostel. If there is no laundry, how will a backpacker wash a single piece of laundry? Then, a place should be made to dry and hang it. Even if a piece of clothing is washed, it dries in 3 days. Just imagine what it will be like in a 4-person dormitory.
The nearest market is 25 minutes and uphill. Do your shopping and then arrive at the hostel.
