Fantastic location, generous room size, AC works really well. The hosts are literally the nicest you will meet, super accommodating, organising a vegan breakfast for us which was fresh and generous size. Opening up for us at 4:30am for our sunrise tour. They also arranged a taxi from the airport. Location is a two minute tuk tuk ride to the middle of town (you could walk easily, it was just too hot for us!) There are multiple restaurants at the end of the lane, and an ATM, convenience store and phone shop (where we got a sim card) just across the road. Good WiFi.
The TV was a bit basic, but we didn't use it anyway.
