The spa is pretty standard but the pool is very big, which was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. There is parking.
The jacuzzi wasn't working. There were not slippers and hairdryer in the room which is standard to have, but the staff gave us those things when we asked. They have massages only in the winter.

Hosts and staf were wery friendly and acomodating. They helped me with unplaned early checked in. They had understanding when booking canceled my payment. Always supportive!
Room was specious, breakfast rich, transport to gondola well organised
There are not much time between brekfast start and first shuttle to gondola

You get what you pay for. Cheap accommodation if you just need a place to crash.
It’s past its prime. Awful mattress. The toilet floor is redone so the gap between the floor and toilet seat is so low it’s only good for kids. You need to do yoga stretches to sit.
