The receptionist was very helpful gave us a downstairs room which was large bathroom modern and shower hot

The bathroom door would not remain shut and there was no latch on it

Room had been refurbed.
It felt unsafe, locked gates to get to rooms and for Carpark. Didn’t feel like a safe part of town. Saving grace was the secure Carpark that you need to walk out a gate locked at night, open another gate at the Carpark then enter a code to open the vehicle gate. Wouldn’t stay here again.
Think it is used for public overflow housing.
