Very friendly reception staff made the perfect start to our stay, also the high standard of cleanliness is also worth noting
We could not make the reverse cycle unit blow hot air but that might be due to our ineptitude…luckily I bought my hot water bottle with me

Beautiful view of the river. Deluxe cabin had enough room for 4 people.
Stove/oven in cabin didn’t work well.
Cleaning of cabin on arrival was sub par.
2 cleaning staff using explicit language while working on cabins around children riding bikes.
Inadequate cookware sizes for the number of people the cabin is supposed to hold.
Communal bathrooms were filthy. We arrived Wednesday and by Friday logs showed not cleaned since Tuesday. No toilet paper in men’s facilities for 2 days.
Laundry room- washer didn’t spin clothes adequately, drier then didn’t actually dry the clothes. It took 3 days for the soggy clothes to dry outside.
Very little activities or things for kids to do.
A lot of road noise from highway during the night.
1 roll Of toilet paper provided for 4 people for a 5 day stay. 1 garbage bag provided for same.
I called ahead and was told bedding provided. Cabin has sheets and a few blankets, certainly not adequate for winter stays. Heater had to be used constantly.
Overall we feel we over paid for an underwhelming cabin in a park that clearly needs a lot of work.
