Excellent caravan park for a short stay in Ballarat. Cabins are clean and spacious. Staff is very kind and helpful, too. Laundromat and supermarket are around the corner, which is very handy. City centre is not in a walking distance but only a few minutes drive.

Got upgraded to a nice new cabin without even asking.
The lady at reception was amazing
This one time. When I went camping with my mates, I was trying to do a poo in the Murray River and they were all laughing and throwing mud clods at me. I didn't like that.

The games room was well thought out and the layout of the cabin suited our needs.
Mould on the window seals, hair in the bathroom sink, dirt behind the toilet, shower was filthy. Damage to the walls.
