Great location & well presented.

Great location. Well presented. Loved the oversized family room.

Could have done with a 3rd or larger bathroom. Not all beds had a guest towel. Very creaky floors upstairs. Weird kitchen layout, pungent smell from utensils drawer.

Great Stay!!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for families, with plenty of space to easily accommodate our large family. The child friendly garden was a big highlight for the kids, and the thoughtful extras on arrival were very much appreciated. The location was also excellent and made everything very convenient. We would happily stay again.

Our stay began on 17/02/2026 and unfortunately we immediately encountered a serious plumbing issue. The upstairs bathroom toilet was completely blocked and overflowed, causing flooding. The host arranged for a plumber to attend the following morning (18/02/2026). Due to concerns about the safety of our luggage and belongings, we had to cancel our morning plans and remain at the property. During the repair works on the second floor, water leaked through the ceiling into the first-floor kitchen area. The kitchen, including the dishwasher, was affected by a strong sewage odor. We were also informed that the upstairs bathroom could not be used for 24 hours after the repair. Before check-out, we carefully ensured that all of the host’s property and facilities were left in good condition. After departure, we were sent a photo of alleged damage to a table surface and were asked to pay compensation. We respectfully dispute this claim, as we did not cause any damage during our stay.
