Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the parking attendant. The hotel is also located on the main artery so it's in a good location. Rooms are also very clean.
This is an aging hotel and the Haviland group needs to put some money back into maintenance and renovations. The ACs in two rooms were barely working and another did even less. The company also has staff offices here and this means wait times for the two elevators was close to 15 minutes for peak hours.

Location was good. Room was clean and quiet
TV did not work. This was the only hotel on this trip that did not have coffee in the room.

Staff could be more friendly. Didn't feel welcomed compared to all other hotels that we stayed at in Vietnam.
