The place is exceptional. The staff are attentive and the service was fantastic. The breakfast and the evening menu are wonderful. The establishment really exceeded my expectations. Clean and spacious rooms!

Not really too much. Perhaps introduce a valet parking service, but other than that the place is really great. We would definitely come again.

The property is something out of a fairy tale - a castle in the middle of the desert. The interior was inviting, comfortable, clean, with a pool, a full bar service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all possible amenities. The service was amazing - very attentive and VERY friendly. This is a total hidden gem. While we were in the area, we visited a few other lodges (like Sossusvlei) and were not nearly as impressed as with Le Mirage. The sundowner trip/excursion was an absolute treat - were they drive you out to a sandy area and set up a table and serve canapes and wine while the sun sets. Beautiful. The food service (breakfast and dinner) is included and is a 3 course meal (alcohol is paid separately). The food was above average, plentiful and tasty in a beautiful dining room, white linen table cloth, attentive and friendly service. Cost was very reasonable. Overall, this was an amazing experience.

I would absolutely choose this location again, but one thing to consider is to plan transfers - its about a 15 minute drive to Seisrem from the hotel. We didnt have a personal car, so it required planning transfers for any offsite activities (air balloon, scenic flights, park entry, etc.)

The room was very spacious. Dinner was amazing, on our last day they surprised us with dinner in a private room which was very thoutfull and lovely. Staff was very helpful, helped change my tyre twice. Constantly checking if we needed something. The best honeymoon we could wish for.

The property is stunning. I enjoyed the snack plate and the warm towel at check in. The ATV tour was well worth it.

The risotto at dinner was not cooked and inedible. Too many servers not enough organization. Breakfast was great the waffle guy was awesome, I would have appreciated milk at the table for my coffee. The credit card machine at check out wasn't working. The staff didn't seem to have a protocol for this and I had never considered this as a possibility. I don't carry thousands of Namibian dollars and we wasted valuable time trying to figure out a solution. They could have charged the card on file once this was possible. I ended up paying in american dollars.
